Except service as always

I took my truck in to Rick Weaver buick gmc because it was stuck in 4wd. Doc advised me that the mechanics found multiple other problems that needed addressed immediately. I am thankful that the mechanics are very thorough and do excellent work! I will keep servicing my vehicle with Rick Weaver because i appreciate the quality of service i recieve.

The experience was good we had no problem with anything.

I dropped off my vehicle the evening before the appointment so that the service department could complete the service that I brought in in for-an inspection, oil change, tire rotation and a check engine light. When I arrived after work at 4pm the day of my service my car was still not completed. I was told that the check engine light was a warranty issue and as it was almost closing time so I needed to schedule another appointment to complete the work. No one in the service department ever called me to find out if I wanted this warranty work done. If they had I would not have to come back. I have never delt with a service department that has not kept me informed of the status of my vehicle. Not to mention I never left the service department until 5 pm and the lights were being turned off while I was still waiting for my vehicle. That is unacceptable seeing as the car was in your service department for 9 hours!

Service in satisfactory time, waiting room busy - implies positive history for service with many others - information conveyed to keep informed - not easy to get appointment but that, again, I interpret as greater number of customers and, hence, satisfaction. Downer is policy of management to insist on 8 AM bookings, meaning I had to set alarm for 5:45 to meet that deadline.

I have had my car there a hand full of times since I purchased it in October, which seems extreme! Every time I come I seem to get different answers. For example, I have been placing concerns regarding the brakes for months. I do not think a new car should have brakes that squeak every time you break. I was originally told it was the material and all brakes are that way now (not true), then I was told it was because of being cold (squeaked even in 60 degree weather), then this last time Blake made it seem like I was an inconvenience and that they would put one set of new brakes (only front of back) but it would do the same thing and squeak. I asked which set was squeaking he said, I don’t know. I replied stating I’m not a mechanic and do not know how I’m supposed to answer this and he gave me absolutely no response. When I asked if I was just supposed to have squeaky brakes how the entire life of the car he just kind of looked liked yeah that’s the brakes. Then another tech came over and said oh I fixed that! Gave an explanation and said do this if it happens again. FINALLY an answer. This is the same thing that happened with my phone not connecting to the car. Run around for 2 different visits then Dalton finally at least got me somewhat or an answer. I have repeatedly said, maybe I just don’t know how to work some of the features, I just need some education. I also find it frustrating that they don’t call you when your car is ready. Every time I have to drop it off I have to call around 3 to see when I can pick it up. Communication is extremely poor.

Super easy. Joe DePaul was very courteous and took time to explain everything about our new vehicle and got us set up quickly. Brittany went through the paperwork and the process was seamless.

I appreciate all the hard work your team does. It always feels fair and I never feel taken advantage of. Anything that goes wrong I feel like the team does their best to explain and make it right.

I made an appointment for an inspection, oil change, and a few recalls that needed addressed. The appointment was at 8 am and I dropped the truck off the night before. I didn't get a call that it was done until about 4:30 pm and they were just finishing it up. When I got to the dealership at 5 and paid it was less than I was expecting and looking at the paperwork I didn't see anything about an oil change. The truck also showed the oil life at 18% and the oil change sticker had not been replaced. I went back into the service department to ask if the oil was changed. They confirmed it had not and said I'd have to come back for the oil change. This was very disappointing and inconvenient. I made this appointment to get all of the service done at the same time. Not being able to make an appointment for an oil change and having to wait on a first come first serve basis on a weekday does not work well with my schedule so not having this done when they had my truck all day and I saw them write down everything that needed done is frustrating. It still would have been inconvenient but they should have offered to do the oil change right then.

Service went far and above.

The issue still is not fixed. Going on my third visit.

They kept me informed about what they were doing. They are very pleasant service people.

My appointment was at 9:30 for an oil change and inspection. My car sat their for an hour before the moved it. They didn't look at it until 10:30. If that was going to be the case, then they should have let me know. I would've made the appointment for 10:30, especially when it takes an hour drive for me to get there. The staff was very polite, but I honestly will go to my local dealer to get the work done next time.

I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and new mud flaps were getting put on, everyone was wonderful, and the process was seamless. The gentleman that gave me a ride to work and then picked me up after my vehicle was finished was super nice.

Service was excellent! Only reason that I didn't give 5 stars is because when I got in my vehicle after the service, there was mud all over my floor mat and carpet on the driver side floor. Wasn't very happy with that!

I scheduled my inspection probably a week and a half to two weeks prior. I got a couple emails reminding me of my 8 a.m. appointment. While waiting, I was updated on progress. And Claire left a phone number to call her if I had any questions. When I arrived at 8, I mentioned a concern. That was looked into and dealt with. My experience was great overall.

It took 4+ days to troubleshoot some problems and then we were told they aren't really fixable. There were complaints that weren't addressed at all, and NO communication regarding progress unless I called to check in. I will tell everyone to avoid your service department at all cost.

This was the sixth time we have complained about a noise on acceleration around third gear. Twice it was referred to Angelo who never got back to us. Last time it was referred to him on June 9th after the technician thought it could be a problem in the exhaust. When he didn’t respond after 2 months we took it back on August 7. They have no idea what it is, so they just said it was normal. I have very little confidence in their service department.

2nd time coming and left with air pressures not the same. Due to the way the wheels are mounted on the truck. I believe your staff did the last rotation so if they were installed wrong.

I went in needing a light bulb for my head light. I was shocked at the cost of the bulb being $405.00 dollars!!!!! Good service but the cost, I feel was way beyond what the cost of a light bulb would be!!! SHOCKED IN ERIE,PA.!!!!!

When I requested the 30K miles service, I expected there is a Program where the "Experts" take over the vehicle and according with all the knowledge this should be a proactive - preventive inspection, as well to the specifics issues reported, all they did, just the oil change and tire rotation, but main concern is the sound of the engine when starts makes me feel driving a cheap -trash car instead of a Premium GMC vehicle

I has an appt to do warranty work on my back up camera. When I walked into the garage no one even spoke to me. I stood there for a few minutes and finally someone said good morning and I told them why I was there. They just pointed behind them and told me to go in the other room. 3 guys were in there and nobody spoke. Finally a guy from the garage walked in and helped me. Not a good experience at all.

Rick Weaver GMC, Darrell and staff did a great job and provided me with a loaner, which always seem to be at a premium. GM, not so much. They need to work on the “professional grade” they always tout. These vehicles are far from professional grade and will most likely be my last GM vehicle.

I didn't sit and wait. I dropped it off and had to leave it overnight because of the warranty people response was kind of long and then it wasn't covered which that was the only disappointing part, other than that it was fine.

I waited for my car while the oil was being changed. They did a great job and the wait time was extremely reasonable! The customer service was great. Jeff always does a great job of managing the expectation for all the service I have completed at the dealership. Everyone from the point of check in to the point of checkout with the cashier was awesome!

ARRIVED AT DEALERSHIP AROUND 9 AM AND WORK WAS STARTED IMMEDIATELY. DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT OIL CHANGES ARE SETUP TO DRIVEUP SERVICE. WORK WAS DONE IN 45 MINUTES AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY.

The appointment took 7 hours to complete. A courtesy vehicle wasn’t available. The link for vehicle status did not work, and communication had to be initiated by the client. However, the service performed was excellent, resolved the issues, and took care of most requested items.

The complimentary ride to work was a great bonus. I also didn’t expect for my car to be dropped off to me, so that was an added bonus!

The only thing I was disappointed in after my tire rotation was they didnt torque my wheels. Just used an air wrench on them. Wheels should always be torqued

I needed an oil change and a tire rotation which are both drive up services and do not need an appointment. I also had n issues with my tire monitor system, so I called for an appointment anyway. They said they could check the monitor system with the drive through services and it was not necessary for an appointment. They found that the sensors were broken and needed changed. I then asked if I could make an appointment for that and they said they could change them now if I wanted. They did the oil change, tire rotation, and fixed the tire monitor system all within one hour without an appointment.
