I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, tire rotation and new mud flaps were getting put on, everyone was wonderful, and the process was seamless. The gentleman that gave me a ride to work and then picked me up after my vehicle was finished was super nice.

I scheduled my inspection probably a week and a half to two weeks prior. I got a couple emails reminding me of my 8 a.m. appointment. While waiting, I was updated on progress. And Claire left a phone number to call her if I had any questions. When I arrived at 8, I mentioned a concern. That was looked into and dealt with. My experience was great overall.

It took 4+ days to troubleshoot some problems and then we were told they aren't really fixable. There were complaints that weren't addressed at all, and NO communication regarding progress unless I called to check in. I will tell everyone to avoid your service department at all cost.

ray and mike went above and beyond. i had been waiting for a part for 4 months that was on back order and the day it came in they got my truck in to fix. on top of that they squeezed in an oil change AND detail. Top notch customer service

I went in needing a light bulb for my head light. I was shocked at the cost of the bulb being $405.00 dollars!!!!! Good service but the cost, I feel was way beyond what the cost of a light bulb would be!!! SHOCKED IN ERIE,PA.!!!!!

This was the sixth time we have complained about a noise on acceleration around third gear. Twice it was referred to Angelo who never got back to us. Last time it was referred to him on June 9th after the technician thought it could be a problem in the exhaust. When he didn’t respond after 2 months we took it back on August 7. They have no idea what it is, so they just said it was normal. I have very little confidence in their service department.

When I requested the 30K miles service, I expected there is a Program where the "Experts" take over the vehicle and according with all the knowledge this should be a proactive - preventive inspection, as well to the specifics issues reported, all they did, just the oil change and tire rotation, but main concern is the sound of the engine when starts makes me feel driving a cheap -trash car instead of a Premium GMC vehicle

This was my second vehicle purchase from Rick Weaver,1st new purchase. I had vehicles serviced there before i purchased one and am happy with the service department as well as the sales team. The teams at Rick Weaver are very professional and treat you with respect.

I has an appt to do warranty work on my back up camera. When I walked into the garage no one even spoke to me. I stood there for a few minutes and finally someone said good morning and I told them why I was there. They just pointed behind them and told me to go in the other room. 3 guys were in there and nobody spoke. Finally a guy from the garage walked in and helped me. Not a good experience at all.

Rick Weaver GMC, Darrell and staff did a great job and provided me with a loaner, which always seem to be at a premium. GM, not so much. They need to work on the “professional grade” they always tout. These vehicles are far from professional grade and will most likely be my last GM vehicle.

I didn't sit and wait. I dropped it off and had to leave it overnight because of the warranty people response was kind of long and then it wasn't covered which that was the only disappointing part, other than that it was fine.

I waited for my car while the oil was being changed. They did a great job and the wait time was extremely reasonable! The customer service was great. Jeff always does a great job of managing the expectation for all the service I have completed at the dealership. Everyone from the point of check in to the point of checkout with the cashier was awesome!

Mike Coleman was the best and most enjoyable sales representative that I've ever had buying a new vehicle. He was a tough salesman but also a fair salesman and ultimately we were able to get a deal done. Mike made the process smooth, communicated with me on a consistent basis and even utilized text messaging to keep me up to date on the vehicle. ARRIVED AT DEALERSHIP AROUND 9 AM AND WORK WAS STARTED IMMEDIATELY. DID NOT HAVE TO HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, BUT OIL CHANGES ARE SETUP TO DRIVEUP SERVICE. WORK WAS DONE IN 45 MINUTES AND WE WERE ON OUR WAY.

The appointment took 7 hours to complete. A courtesy vehicle wasn’t available. The link for vehicle status did not work, and communication had to be initiated by the client. However, the service performed was excellent, resolved the issues, and took care of most requested items.

The complimentary ride to work was a great bonus. I also didn’t expect for my car to be dropped off to me, so that was an added bonus!

The only thing I was disappointed in after my tire rotation was they didnt torque my wheels. Just used an air wrench on them. Wheels should always be torqued

I needed an oil change and a tire rotation which are both drive up services and do not need an appointment. I also had n issues with my tire monitor system, so I called for an appointment anyway. They said they could check the monitor system with the drive through services and it was not necessary for an appointment. They found that the sensors were broken and needed changed. I then asked if I could make an appointment for that and they said they could change them now if I wanted. They did the oil change, tire rotation, and fixed the tire monitor system all within one hour without an appointment.

I had an oil change. I like that you can just drive in and have it done without an appointment.

I pulled into the dealership on Monday at 2:00. They took me in right away and corrected the issue I had. Claire and Jeff took very good care of me. I have never had a bad experience at this dealership!!!!

Very poor communication. Every time something needs fixed, I have to remind the service department of the extended warranty we purchased. Just extremely frustrating to work with. Sales department was great, service department… not so much. Probably won’t buy from this dealership in the future.

Despite excessive warranty issues and wait time due to the person I was communicating with being out of the office for a week, I was felt that the end result was favorable. My biggest complaint is the lack of communication and general lack of knowledge that most of the people answering the phone are have.

As much as it was professional, it didn’t solely feel like a business transaction. The individuals working at the 12th street location in Erie PA, made the entire experience very enjoyable. And anyone I know that is looking for a vehicle in the future will be directed to do so, through these people.

This was my first visit for service (oil change and had a tire leak fix) since purchasing my car last May. I was promptly greeted and got right into the lube center for service. Waiting room was well maintained. Staff kept me up-to-date on the status of service. Upon finishing up at the cashier's counter, I was pleasantly surprised that my car was washed and ready to go - thank you!

Horrible experience. Service ran a diagnostic test without customers consent the customer was then responsible for paying the invoice when the price they advised it would be was $125 more than what was quoted.

Poor communication. Day one - did not contact me on findings. Day two -did not call me to confirm the plan of action, as two options were discussed when I had to phone them the prior day. Actual service work performed was excellent.

Wanted oil change. So, they do courtesy check on come to me with cabin filter in hand and wanted to change it I said I will change it. When I went to pay, they had changed the filter and now want me to pay for oil change and a cabin filter I told her that I was going to change and tried to say I told her to change the filter. It would have been different, but I told her three times I was going to change it. I had to argue with her about changing filter. She came back and wanted to give coupon for my next oil change. I said I do not want the filter from her all I want is oil change.

Ron Agnew went out of his way to find and procure my new truck. He ordered my build in January but GM would not pick up the order so at teh end of March we found that matched in Ohio and worked his magic to have it brought to Erie. I am more than happy with the truck and the service at Rick Weaver!
